MarginLens - AI Powered collects the following data from your Shopify store:

• Product names, prices, and inventory levels
• Order data (quantities and revenue — no customer personal data)
• Product costs you manually enter into the app
• Your store's email address for sending weekly digests

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data exclusively to:

• Calculate real profit margins per product
• Generate AI-powered profit improvement recommendations
• Send weekly email digests summarizing your store's performance
• Identify slow-moving inventory

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Railway infrastructure (US-based servers). Product costs you enter are stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

MarginLens - AI Powered uses the following third-party services:

• Anthropic Claude API — for AI profit analysis (product data only, no customer data)
• Resend — for sending weekly email digests
• Railway — for hosting and database storage

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you have MarginLens - AI Powered installed. When you uninstall the app, your data is deleted within 48 hours.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of weekly email digests at any time
